Official Flexi Store Ltd terms and conditions do not list all the provisions of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, however the Official Flexi Store Ltd is committed to abide by these regulations which you will be able to check here: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/3134/made. As outlined in further information in the link provided, all customers are more than welcome to return unwanted item(s) from the moment it is delivered to the address provided and still in the original condition you received it and re-saleable condition. All customers will have a total of 14 days to make the return as stated in the legislation link above.

 

Contractual Details & Information:

This is the topline summary of the agreement we have with you when you place order(s) with Official Flexi Store Ltd.

  • We will always send the customer an email confirmation email to acknowledge the order after it is placed.
  • Your order is accepted and the contract between us is concluded when the product you ordered is despatched.
  • We will debit the payment from your chosen method of payment at the time that you place your order.
  • You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the 14 days from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.
